ヒップホップ・ダイエット~ベーシック・ヒップホップ・ダンスで燃焼シェイプアップ~ [DVD] ダンス未経験なので、やってみるまでついていけるか不安でしたが、なんとか見よう見まねでそれなりに楽しめました。ダンスのフィットネスDVDでこれほど初心者向けに作られている物は、今まで巡り会ったことがなかったので感激です！！もちろん経験者の方も楽しめると思います。
コアリズムやってて腰が痛くなってきたから、このヒップホップ・ダイエットで頑張ってシェイプアップしたいと思います。
同時にジェイミー・キングのROCK your BODYというDVDも買ってやってみたのですが、こちらは初心者向けではなく、ストレスが溜まる一方でした…。
初心者の方には、断然トロイ・ドゥレイのヒップホップ・ダイエットをお勧めします。

追加コメントです。やり始めて10日間ぐらいたったのですが、ダンス超初心者の私でも、すっかり動きに慣れて、ほぼ100％ついていけるようになりました。ラップ口調のノリノリ始動のおかげで、ホント楽しくて、効果が現れるまでチャント続けていけると思いますよ！！おかげでじわじわと体重が減ってきました！！！

もう、これは多少でもアメリカ・ショービジネス界に興味ある人にとってマストバイの逸品です。
いきなり、バーバラストライザンドのデュエットからスタート（しかも、この1曲のみ参加！）で画面に釘付け。
以下、スティービーワンダーを初めとする超大物から今、正に旬の（個人的に大好きな）ダイアナクラールら共演者が豪華絢爛過ぎてめまいがします。（その人たちも1曲のみ！）
まさに、「一人・紅白歌合戦」とでも言えば少しは分かりますか？
しかもステージ構成も凝っていて、全体で、トニーベネットの半生を紹介する形式になっています。
クラブギグ風ありTVショー風ありで、いずれも画面がゴージャスかつしゃれっ気たっぷり。
しかも、歌の合間のナレーション担当が、マタマタ凄すぎでブルースウィリス初めハリウッド大物スターのつるべ打ち。
もうここまでやってくれれば「一人・ザッツエンタテイメント」とでも言うしかないです。
もちろん、ベネットの甘く明るい歌声は、まだまだ健在で、これほど買ってよかったと思った音楽DVDは最近では、ありません。
一つ残念なのは、僕の英語力が無くてナレーション（多分おしゃれで暖かいアメリカン・ジョークと思われます）が理解できないのが悔しくて、日本語字幕版が出たら即予約ですが。
どこか出してください！
それまで飽きるまで（飽きるわけ無いですが（笑））視聴してます。
評価は★10個でも足りません！！

ホペイロの憂鬱ＪＦＬ篇 (創元推理文庫) 悪くはないがそれほど面白くもない。人間模様に主点をおいていて試合にしても仕事内容にしてもちょっと物足りない。小学生向けの本。
